•Contact, receive and process sale orders from customers and sales team.
•Check & update selling price into system, process quotation.
•Coordinate with sourcing team to update status of product.
•Coordinate with accounting team to follow up invoice, delivery note, debt collection.
•Check stock to place shipment and take action with sales team to push the sales.
•Do sales reports, analysis, sales forecast and monitor actual sales vs target.
•Customer service and relationship management.
•Handle and manage all administrative works efficiency.
•Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Director.
