- Develop and implement marketing strategies for company's products and services
- Propose and implement marketing plans for the category under overall global brand vision covering all elements of the marketing mix (portfolio management, advertising, pricing, channels distribution).
- Collaborate with consumer insights to develop research project.
- Work with creative agencies to develop highly responsive consumer communication
- Provide the highest level of creative and innovative marketing supports to the business in achieving sustainable business growth.
- Sale support for the main distribution channels (brand activation, promotion, brand image).
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or post-graduate degree in Marketing/ Economic/ Trade.
- At least 3 - 5 years solid working experience in the Marketing field
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Strong effective communicator and demonstrated ability to increase productivity
- Communication, computer, organization, negotiation, problem solving, analysis, planning.
